    The staff at the Service Centre are friendly and courteous, we have had a couple issues with our 5 wheel since purchasing from the dealership and both times the staff got us fixed up and going quickly. They have been nothing but excellent from the Techs in the shop, Gerry in parts to the girls in the office and today they squeezed us in for a slide issue and got us back on the road.....

    Very unorganized, communication is poor. Have lots of patience if dealing with this company. I highly doubt we would purchase thru them again.

    Don't buy an RV here!! We purchased a trailer in August of 2013 and my husband discovered soon after that the roof had a hole in it. The service department patched it and then contacted the manufacturer to determine if a new roof was warranted. During the winter months we were contacted to say that the roof would be replaced under warranty. We booked an appointment for April (as soon as we could get it there) and were advised the job would take 3 days. It was there for 6 weeks and still was not fixed. We wanted to go camping for the summer so we picked it up and booked another appointment for the fall. It has been there for two weeks and when we called to find out about the progress the Service Director told us they were "hoping to get it in next week". Unbelievable. Our trailer has been there for 8 weeks in total and still is not fixed. The service dept does not return phone calls so don't try to leave a message.
